Based on Jim Riva's comic novel, which drew raves from fans of John Kennedy Toole's A Confederacy of Dunces, this script, written by Jim Riva & Tom Civiletti, is a compendium of contemporary lunacy and the tale of a 'superhero' who tries to inject some reason into the mix.
